“I didn’t expect to like the Rosella Tea this much, it’s fresh, naturally sweet, and just… clean. No sugar, but it doesn’t need any. I can already picture it in our hotel’s wellness bar,” ujar Melissa Jung, F&B Procurement, boutique hotel group, Singapura.
“The Granola Honey? That was a nice surprise. Crunchy, not too sweet, and no weird aftertaste. That’s the kind of snack that could do well in Aussie supermarkets,” Liam McCarthy, Retail Food Consultant, Australia.
“Kami melihat FHI bukan cuma pameran, tapi jembatan.

Jakarta, July 23–26, 2024 — Imago Raw Honey returned to the spotlight as one of the featured exhibitors at Food & Hospitality Indonesia (FHI) 2024, the leading international trade show connecting food, beverage, and hospitality industry players from around the world. Held at JIExpo Kemayoran, this year’s FHI drew over 36,000 visitors from 55 countries, featuring 500+ companies and 7 country pavilions, including those from the United States, Germany, Malaysia, China, India, South Korea, and Thailand.
Imago showcased its signature collection: Trigona Honey, Rosewood Honey, and Golden Honey; the ready-to-drink I-Tox Honey made with lemon, red ginger, and cinnamon; Granola Honey, a crunchy honey-based snack; and Rosella Tea, an antioxidant-rich herbal drink.
Their booth stood out, not only for its natural display but for how it invited visitors to taste, ask, and connect. Curious crowds lined up to sample honey straight from the source, and more than a few global buyers stayed longer than planned.
“I didn’t expect to like the Rosella Tea this much, it’s fresh, naturally sweet, and just… clean. No sugar, but it doesn’t need any. I can already picture it in our hotel’s wellness bar,” said Melissa Jung, F&B procurement manager at a boutique hotel group in Singapore.
“The Granola Honey? That was a nice surprise. Crunchy, not too sweet, and no weird aftertaste. That’s the kind of snack that could do well in Aussie supermarkets,” said Liam McCarthy, a retail food consultant from Australia.
For Imago, being at FHI wasn’t just about visibility, it was about connection and momentum. The brand also participated in the Business Matching Programme, which facilitated 675+ international business meetings during the event.
“We don’t see this as just another trade show. For us, it’s a bridge. We’ve met people from all over, HORECA buyers, distributors, even export partners. It’s all part of our mission to bring real Indonesian honey to the world,” said Henry Hidayat, Founder of Imago Raw Honey.
Held alongside Hotelex Indonesia, Finefood Indonesia, and Retail Indonesia, FHI 2024 created a powerful ecosystem, one that helped local F&B brands like Imago take meaningful steps toward global expansion.
